Riccardo Muti Conducts Beethoven

Riccardo Muti’s recording of the complete Beethoven cycle with the Philadelphia Orchestra in the 80s has been unanimously regarded as a great modern reference, with its clear articulation and splendid colors. This album revives this remarkable legacy by gathering them altogether (except for the seventh proposed) and also includes several overtures and a beautiful rendition of the third piano concerto with Sviatoslav Richter.
