Hungarian-folklore-inspired Dances by Johannes Brahms are one of the most popular cycles of Romantic music. This lovely performance was recorded in 1981 by the Hungarian conductor János Rolla with the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra from Budapest, in a chamber-like arrangement made by fellow countryman Frigyes Hidas.
