Remembrance is the first composition of the album. I composed and dedicated this music to a recently deceased relative of mine. The melody of Remembrance originates in the second movement of Ravel's Miroirs; Oiseaux tristes. The key of E Flat minor is for me the ultimate sound world around memories.
