July 6th will mark half a century since Otto Klemperer passed away. He is one of the very few musical personalities of the 20th-century to have left such a mark on the history of conducting and recording. The collection Legacy of a Legend (100 tracks representing more than twelve hours of music) captures the unique visionary genius of Klemperer and includes his greatest renditions of masterpieces of the symphonic repertoire.
