Lars Vogt tragically passed away recently at a very young age, after a long fight against disease. It is a great loss for the musical world. Lars was universally admired for both his artistry and humanity. Having recorded for years with EMI, his first label, we are naturally paying him an homage with these beautiful performances of Brahms that demonstrate his inimitable talent in Romantic music.
