The music of Robert Schumann has been a constant source of inspiration for Leif Ove Andsnes, and serve as a guidance through all his career, from the Märchenbilder with Lars Anders Tomter (one of his earliest recordings for EMI) to the splendid complete works for piano trio with the Tetzlaff siblings, a highly praised and multi-awarded recording.
