The second piece Mariam recorded for celebrating the birth of her first child is Brahms’ Wiegenlied’ (German for Lullaby), composed on a well-known poem of German-language folk poetry, known since the beginning of the 19th century. Sung with Brahms’ melody, it turned into one of the most popular lullabies of all times.
