Aldo Ciccolini was one of the earliest advocates of Erik Satie’s puzzling music, at a time the composer was still very neglected. He recorded no less than two complete cycles, one in the late 60s and early 70s, the other one in the 80s. We start re-issuing the first cycle, including many digital premieres!
